Yes, all you need is the software, Image Grabber II. Download here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ImageGrabber. Edit: I will explain how to use the software. 1) Load your movie/video 2) You have two optional ways to grab the caps. -1-You can press that button that looks like a TV/Computer monitor and then in the box that pops up, enter the number of caps you want. -2-You can press that yellow button next to the one that looks like a TV and grab caps as you seek through the video manually. 3) When you have all the caps you want, the next step is to go to File-->Save File As.... and options will pop up. Set the options to whatever you want and then click save. And next you choose where to save the file and what to name it. And that's it.
