adding other people;
First, visit their me2day profile. I'll use GDragon's as an example. http://www.me2day.net/g-dragon
① Click the drop down menu below his profile pic with the + sign next to it.
② The third link will bring up a little popup, with which you can write a short message to your friend. (Click the one that says 관심친구 = Friend who I'm interested in.) Then click the first link underneath the message writing area.
③ Afterwards, a little box will appear in the top right corner of the screen, saying something along the lines of you successfully requested a friendship with so-and-so (in this case, GD.)
④ When your friend accepts your invitation, another box will appear in the top right corner to announce that you're now mutual friends.

accepting other people;
① Click the link on your main profile page, as shown here.
② See the tabs on the next page you come to? Click the second one, that's shown here. As you can see, I have one friend request.
③ Then it'll take you to the page of friend requests you have. I'm using iseul (hey girl! 8D) as an example.
④ Type your own message back to the person who friend requested you, check the box (this is only if you want to receive SMS updates from them), and click the button, as shown in the previous image. Then, just wait for the friend confirmation that will appear like this!
--> As a side note, the first main page you get to is a list of friend suggestions for you, depending on where you live, your interests, etc etc. Kind of like Facebook's "Friends you may know" page.

commenting & favoriting;
① Go to the person's profile, and view the post that you would like to comment or favorite (favoriting here is basically like giving your thumbs up to someone's post). Click.
② To favorite, hover over the speech bubble and click the Korean words that appear underneath it. To comment, click Korean words that are shown without needing to hover, scroll down past all the comments, and submit your message in the box provided. Image here.
