Here you can find info that we wish to share about our team. If you have any questions, this is the place to look before u post. Currently this topic is a work in progress. It will be gradually updated with more information. ~FAQs & Info~ theREALiVIPSUBS Subbing Process Our jobs go in this order: RAW Providing Transcription* Translating Grammar Check Timing (Captions & Dialogue) Editing Pre-Release** Typesetting Quality Control Encoding Coordinator Review Streaming video Uploaders (Release!) When a video goes live on a streaming site like youtube, veoh, etc. the project is considered officially released. Download link Uploaders *Not every project has a Transcriber. **Not every project has a Pre-Release. What happened to theREALiVIPSUBS clubbox? Our clubbox is permanently closed. After much difficulty, we decided it was too early and not really necessary to run a clubbox of our own. Instead we have this forum for iVIPs to have access to all of our subbed videos. Which websites does theREALiVIPSUBS upload releases to? For streaming video sites, we currently have official accounts at YouTube, Veoh, For free file hosting websites we currently have official accounts at Megaupload, Mediafire, and DivShare. Pre-releases are uploaded only at Viddyou.com These are the only websites we currently upload our releases to. In the past we have also used sharebee and sendspace but have since stopped using those two websites for a number of reasons. What is my access code? The access code is for our shoutbox and it's a shoutbox for subteam members only. If you aren't a member of our subteam, you do not need an access code. Just scroll down to see the rest of the webpage. What is the official email address of theREALiVIPSUBS? If you would like to contact us by email, we can be reached at:  What do the Korean words mean that often appear in theREALiVIPSUBS subtitles? Anytime there is a Korean term in our subs, there will be a translator's note at the top of the video, but often only the first time the word appears. The word may be said many times in the video, but we don't include the note every time. Only the first time so pay attention and remember to look at the top for the translator's notes. Below is a list of often used Korean terms in our subs for your reference in case u miss the translator's note in the video. Translator's notes are marked by 'T/N' and normally appear in brackets. List of Korean Terms and Their Meaning Ahjuhsshi [T/N: = a man, mister, uncle] Hyung [T/N: = older brother] - for a male Oppa [T/N: = older brother] - for a female Immo [T/N: = aunt] Jjang [T/N: = best at something] Maknae [T/N: = youngest] Noona [T/N: = older sister] - for a male Unnie [T/N: = older sister] - for a female Dongsaeng [T/N: = younger sibling] Sunbae [T/N: = senior] Hoobae [T/N: junior] Name/Title Endings - Words that are attached to names/titles to show respect nim [T/N: 'nim' is attached at the end of a name/title to address a person politely] sshi [T/N: 'sshi' is attached at the end of a name/title to address a person politely] goon [T/N: 'goon' is like Mr. but it is used for someone younger than you] How come I can't see the download links? The download links are hidden. So in order to see the download links in the Releases thread, you must reply to the topic. Then go back to the first page, and you'll be able to see the links.

Who is iVIPSubber??? This is a general Admin account. Any Admin can be logged in to this account at any given time. | |

Ah thank you so much to put mediafire as upload site, coz i really really have bad connection with megaupload or divshare, oh n clubbox to off course...(never get how to use it  )well i guess other upload sites too hehe, mediafire is my bestfriend :p theREALiVIPSUBS THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.... im just wondering.. Seungri vs. Yoona Manwon Episode 02 (10.13.2007) isn't there already subs for this episode or is this different? because on crunchyroll, Seungri vs. Yoona Manwon Episode 02 is already sub.. |

It's the same episode. We realize this has already been subbed. However, since we had already begun the project, we took a vote on whether people wanted us to finish subbing it, since our way of subbing is different from others. And the majority of the voters wanted us to continue this project. So we have decided to continue it; however, it is not high on our priority list. Hope this answered your question..^^ |

ow wow so many things to do but thats equal to the result  Thanks for providing subbing vids with gud quality... Err i dunno whether i should ask it here... But want to ask like where ican my thread like 'just can't get enough'? i saw it from joined group list but cannot found them at all... |

Hm.... I'm not sure if this will answer your question, but "Just can't get enough" or JCGE thread can only be seen by our subteam members. These threads contain our projects that are in progress, so they're not open to regular members. Hope this helps. |

Hey there. I must be missing something cause I'm not seeing any download links for the released videos. I've checked the FAQ pages and guidelines and don't see anything in regards to this matter. |
